Judy and David’s wedding was at Camp Hale, and It was so much fun!
The day started off with hair and makeup in the cabins at Camp Hale.
The guys were getting ready at the cabin next door. These were the coolest groomsmen gifts I’ve ever seen! The packaging was brilliant, and so Texas!
Then came the First Look, and photos of Judy and David. They exchanged love letters, and then went off roading to the perfect photo spot.
Wedding Party Photos! These are so cute!
The ceremony was beautiful. My favorite part was their unity ceremony. Unity candles are typically a no go for outdoor ceremonies, especially on mountain tops with the wind, so Judy and David took a ceremonial shot instead!
The decor was minimal, but Camp Hale’s tent is so beautiful on it’s own, you don’t need much!

It wouldn’t be a Vietnamese wedding unless the bride, groom, and wedding party wear traditional attire, and personally thank every table for coming to the wedding.
They didn’t want to wear the traditional attire all night long, so they changed back to American. It also wouldn’t be a Vietnamese wedding without lots of scheduled events! Judy and David wanted to do all the traditions…. bouquet and garter toss, cake cutting, formal dances ( choreographed obviously), speeches. There was even a surprise performance from The Best Man! From a planner’s perspective, this tight timeline made me nervous, because I’m always worried there won’t be enough time for dancing (and they had a really good band), but everything went perfectly! Lisa was the lead planner, and she always crushes it!
