How much do you charge?
It really depends on what you want. We offer a free 30 min consultation, and after that we can give you a quote. We charge a flat rate that will not change unless during the process you require a lot more help. In the situation something big changes, we will discuss and revise the contract. To give you an idea, it is recommended to spend 10% of your budget of event planning services, and I can usually customize a great package that is within your budget.
I don’t need an event planner because my venue includes a planner that will take care of everything.
Your venue’s event coordinator usually only takes care of the services that the venue provides. Usually this includes booking your space, booking your guest rooms, coordinating your menu, creating your floor plan, and managing the dinner service. I will be communicating with your venue’s coordinator on your behalf to make sure you get the most out of your venue. The Event Coordinator and I get along very well because I used to be an Event Coordinator, so I fully understand what they are responsible for, and during the event we are both doing different things.
How often can we contact you once we book?
I am always available. You can text and e-mail me anytime. You can telephone me during business hours. Your comfort and peace of mind throughout the entire planning process are my top priority. Phone calls are free, unless they are part of an hourly consultation session.
How far in advance do we need to book?
The sooner you book the better. I only book one event per day, and one wedding per weekend because I want to make sure you have all of my undivided attention and focus for your event. If you have a need for a last minute booking, I will do everything in my power to plan your bash in a dash.
